After a time span of 2.7 years of development. The game itself is rated for ages ten and over however the ethnicity, gender and location for the target audience is not targeted. It is a top down 2D 32-bit styled game. Undertale revolutionised the 2D, indie and role-playing genres of gaming as it had three ways to end the game Genocide, Neutrality and True pacifist. The game allows a different ending to be achieved after completing a Genocide route those being: Soulless pacifist and Soulless genocide.
